Workshop Description:

Introductory course to the Microsoft PowerPoint program. In this course you will learn the concepts and tools of the program used to make presentations. The student will know the tools that the Ribbon contains. You will gain useful knowledge when making a presentation.

General Objective

  • It will define the concept of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • You will learn the basics of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • You will learn how to open and close the program.
  • You'll recognize the difference between a blank presentation and alternatives to presenting with preset layouts.
  • You will identify the components of the screen.
  • You will know the necessary tools that the program contains
  • You will be introduced to the Ribbon interface.
  • You will create presentations based on existing layouts.

Workshop Procedures

Educational materials will be sent to the participants, which consists of a guide presentation made in PowerPoint. They will be sent by email, directly to the participants. Before starting the training, an email will be sent with the link to access the pre-test form and then the same procedure will be followed to carry out the post-test.
