Estudio de los problemas contempor\u00e1neos desde perspectivas antropol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"ANTR 3085\">\n<p>Sociedad y Cultura del Caribe 3 cr\u00e9ditos, 3 horas Requisitos: CISO 3121 y CISO 3122 Estudio de la realidad sociocultural caribe\u00f1a desde una perspectiva hist\u00f3rica y antropol\u00f3gica. Partiendo de una definici\u00f3n del Caribe como un laboratorio viviente de hibridez y creolizaci\u00f3n racial y cultural, se estudian los procesos pol\u00edticos y econ\u00f3micos que han contribuido ha conformar la realidad racial\/ cultural de la regi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los procesos de construcci\u00f3n de identidades raciales\/culturales en la \u00e9poca poscolonial. Starting from a definition of the Caribbean as a living laboratory of hybridity and racial and cultural creolization, political and economic processes that have contributed to shape the racial \/ cultural reality of the region and the construction processes of racial \/ cultural identities in the postcolonial era are studied. Particular emphasis is given on the movement of vindication of Afro-Caribbean identity in the insular Caribbean, and indigenous identities in the continental Caribbean.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"&lt;strong&gt;CIPO 3011 &lt;\/strong&gt;\">\n<p>Principles of Political Sciences I<br \/>\n3 credits, 3 hours of lecture<br \/>\nRequirements: CISO 3121, CISO 3122<br \/>\nStudy of the different visions of political life and conceptions that demarcate political science as an autonomous field. It includes analysis of processes and institutions, decision-making and dynamic aspects, and universal mechanisms used in the preservation of social order through political structures.
